I am fascinated by the ways our mind affects our body and bring an interest in pain science, as well as in healing from trauma, to my work. By understanding the role of the nervous system in our perception of both comfort and pain, I hope to offer my clients an experience of ease and renewal. All sessions are trauma informed and client centered.
